Who We Are

What We Collect and Why
We collect personal information in one place only: the contact and enquiry forms on this site. When you submit a form we receive the name, email address, company and message you provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads somewhere, to manage our work together. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Like almost every website, our server also keeps routine technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to identify visitors.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information for marketing.
Where It Goes
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system, hosted on our own private server, and copied to us by email. Two third parties are involved in running the site:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated abuse. When you visit a page with a form, Google processes technical information including your IP address to tell genuine visitors from bots. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Our hosting provider operates the server this site runs on.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact. Where an enquiry leads to work together, we keep records for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
